A practitioner, not a lecturer. 25+ years in IT, management and entrepreneurship; 500+ digital products and services for market leaders — among them Sber, S7 Airlines, Samsung, MegaFon, BBDO and Ford.
What I do now
Fractional AI transformation executive: I take an AI decision all the way to the P&L — together with a team of industry partners and in-house specialists. We look at it in the language of P&L, risk and ROI — not technology and features: where AI already changes a company's economics, and where it still costs more than it returns.
